Why Hire a Coach?

Ever feel overwhelmed at leading others? Do you ever shy away from conflict within your team? Have you ever been told you are a difficult boss? These are all questions that clients seeking coaching ask themselves. According to Forbes, many Fortune 500 executives work with coaches on a regular basis. Why should you be any different?

Coaching is a self-driven process. It is about accountability for the results you wish to achieve and I, as the coach, empower you to look inward and discover what those results are. I create a space for you to bounce ideas off of in an unbiased, nonjudgmental manner. I am on your side!

Self-awareness is the key to effective leadership.

I am a certified Hogan Assessments provider, which will allow me to get a comprehensive picture of how you behave at your best, under times of stress, as well as your values system. (https://www.hoganassessments.com/assessments/link to Hogan assessments). This is not therapy. Our sessions are forward thinking, though we will discuss some past situations as they relate to your present circumstances.

How It Works

1

We will first spend 30 minutes on a phone call or Video Session (your preference) where we will get to know each other and discuss your areas of focus and what you hope to get out of your coaching. After that call, and after you have agreed to engage my services, you will complete an assessment on your own, preferably soon after our first session. 2

Following receipt of your results, we will have a 90-minute phone or video call where we will debrief the results of your assessments and discuss how we can leverage those results to achieve the goals you want.

3

Follow up will consist of 10 sessions on a biweekly basis, consisting of 60 minutes each. The biweekly sessions are very important to maintain, as this is how you achieve your goals and maintain accountability. If the client wishes to lengthen the engagement after the sessions are complete, that option is available as well for an hourly fee.

Executive Coach vs Life Coach

I am an executive coach. This means that I focus on areas that will enhance your leadership skills, professional development, and I will help you realize your career goals. This does not mean that we don’t touch on personal development as well, it’s just not the focus of my time with you.
