Leadership coach, Dr. Megan Clarke, works with dentists and doctors to enhance their leadership capabilities. Dr. Clarke coaches doctors to lead excellent teams within their practices or places of employment. She believes in the leadership abilities of each individual, and through her knowledge and expertise, coaches doctors to find their own, authentic leadership style. She is certified in the Hogan Method, and through this is able to help doctors identify their core values and strengths to help them be more impactful. Dr. Clarke is currently in a Master’s program at the University of Colorado at Boulder, studying the Science of Organizational Leadership, with a specialization of Human Resources Management and Team-Building.

Dr. Clarke brings over 15 years of private practice experience, as both an associate and private practice owner. She graduated in 2004 from the prestigious University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, and is also an alumnus of the University of California, San Diego. She initiated her private practice with a small niche focus, but through her implementation of humanistic values, she effectively doubled her patient base and tripled the revenues. She emphasized the importance of continuing education to better serve her patients, often taking double the number of continuing education hours required. In addition, she spent her spare time reading about leadership skills, and through trial and error, incorporated many of those skills into practice focusing on building a stellar team.

Forced to retire from dentistry due to an unforeseen hand injury, Dr. Clarke returned to her field by investing in her passion of building leadership skills and creating exceptional teams.

Dr. Clarke is a fellow of the International College of Dentistry, an honor’s society, and a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, the San Diego County Dental Society.
