Dr. Megan Clarke is a leadership development consultant and certified executive coach who works with dentists and doctors to enhance their leadership capabilities. Dr. Clarke believes that anyone can be a leader, and through her knowledge and expertise, coaches doctors to find their own, authentic leadership style.

She is certified in both the Hogan Method and the EQi-2.0 assessment systems, and uses these systems to help doctors identify their core values and strengths to help them be more impactful. Dr. Clarke also completed a Master’s in Organizational Leadership at the University of Colorado at Boulder, with a specialization in Leadership and Team Development.

Dr. Clarke brings over 15 years of private practice experience, as both an associate and private practice owner. She graduated in 2004 from the prestigious University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, and is also an alumnus of the University of California, San Diego. She initiated her private practice with a small niche focus, but through her implementation of humanistic values, she effectively doubled her patient base and tripled the revenues.

Forced to retire from dentistry due to an unforeseen hand injury, Dr. Clarke returned to her field by investing in her passion of building leadership skills and creating exceptional teams.

Dr. Clarke is a fellow of the International College of Dentistry, an honor’s society, and a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the San Diego County Dental Society.
